Before the training, I was running a small boutique and cosmetics shop, but I didn’t know how to calculate daily profits or manage my business properly.
After attending the training, I learned how to handle customers better, keep records, and manage my finances. I also started opening my shop earlier—from 8:00 am to 7:00 am. These changes made a big difference. My daily sales increased from UGX 80,000 to UGX 200,000, and my capital grew from UGX 4,000,000 to UGX 8,000,000. I have since expanded my business, bought goats, and I am planning to start a poultry project.
Now, I have the drive and discipline to grow my business—something I didn’t have before the training.
